My Role

For this project I was the main Producer, presenting the milestones of each stage of the project, as liaising with external vendors and finally the internal team. This included managing schedules, resources, and teams, while ensuring the project aligned with business goals and creative vision. 

Here are some of my responsibilities:

  • Sprint Planning - Each sprint, I worked with the team to create a sprint plan detailing what the team needed to accomplish and how we planned to work.
  • Weekly progress meetings - Conducted weekly meetings to track production progress, ensuring that the project remained on schedule and addressing any challenges or roadblocks as they arose.
  • Resource Coordination - Coordinated resources for Audio and Localization and facilitated effective communication across cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Product Backlog - Managing the product backlog to track our progress, and I helped the team maintain it throughout the project.

As a Producer my day to day also involved: 

  • Monitoring project documentation and ensuring its accuracy across the project.
  • Setting up JIRA effectively so that we could employ it to the benefit of the team supporting our agile structure.
  • Being the key point of communication within the team, pro-actively helping team members that are blocked or are experiencing issues.
  • Communicating with and being the contact point for stakeholders, writing Build Reports on a regular basis to keep the team informed.
  • Working with the marketing team to coordinate new content and optimization releases with user acquisition campaigns. 
  • Conducting weekly product quality assurance, making sure that all new content on the live operations calendar were properly tested before release.
